In September 2010 while we were living in Christchurch Maureen & I started using BaaNs Property Management with our first brand new rental property in Sunrise Place Te Aroha. Since that date we have built another four new rentals with Bryce looking after them all.

Over the last 5 years we have been very impressed with how he has managed these properties. Very careful selecting the right tenants. We have not had one bad tenant. Payments of rents always on time on the 1st of the month by direct credit. The only one time a tenant got behind in the rent Bryce was right on to it and the tenant was quickly back current. Regular inspections have been carried out and maintenance kept up to a high standard.

April this year we moved up from Christchurch and are now permanent residents of Te Aroha but because BaaNs Property Management are a no hassle deal we will keep them managing any rental properties we have.

We very recently engaged the services of BaaNs Property Management Limited at which time Bryce and Nikki took control of an extremely challenging situation involving a tenant and their family that we had inherited who had, within days of us purchasing approx two months ago, had deliberately extensively and continually set about damaging the property and had almost immediately ceased paying rent.

BaaNs came highly recommended to us by local businesses and tradespeople and we are very glad we engaged their services immediately and on the spot. It is due to Bryce's knowledge of the rental market in the area that this tenant was immediately identified as a potential risk and he professionally went on to extensively monitor, compile the necessary evidence of the intentional damage and manage the situation while he set about getting them out as soon as possible within the current tenancy laws.

Throughout this highly stressful and upsetting process they have both always made themselves readily available to answer our questions and concerns and showed empathy, patience and understanding at all times. Bryce attended the Tenancy Tribunal on our behalf and was successful in gaining an eviction order within 24 hours of the hearing. We acknowledge these services were undertaken with very nominal remuneration to date.

We have absolutely no reservations about recommending Bryce, Nikki and Baans to anyone considering a Property Manager in the Matamata-Piako region for anyone needing dedicated professional reliable property management services. We have no doubt that we intend that they continue to manage our rentals indefinitely.
